Welcome to

Classroom
The Brew Breakdown
This is where I pause to think out loud about what I’ve seen, tried, questioned, and learned along the way. I don’t have all the answers, but I do believe in looking closely at what we’ve come to accept in education. Sometimes I share what’s working. Sometimes I name what’s not. I speak from lived experience, with honesty, curiosity, and care. Whether it’s a classroom routine, a teaching trend, or a big idea in education, this space gives me room to reflect and offer perspective, not to declare what’s right, but to keep asking what’s true and what’s worth rethinking.
Nsaa– An Adinkra symbol that means excellence, genuineness, and authenticity. This reflects the heart of The Brew Breakdown, a space grounded in honest, experience-based reflection. This symbol honors my commitment to speaking from lived truths, not trends, and offering insights that are both thoughtful and sincere. Whether it is naming what works or questioning what we have normalized, Nsaa affirms this approach: real over performative, reflective over reactive, and always rooted in care for children and the art of teaching.
Authenticity in thought, integrity in voice, and excellence through lived experience.
